Wolfgang Landl
Executive Board Member, co-Founder, Senior Executive Officer

Active in financial services since 1995, Wolfgang is based in Dubai, and has lived and worked in Switzerland, the US and the Middle East. He has been involved in investment management and distribution activities for nearly 30 years. Wolfgang is a graduate from the Hochschule St. Gallen (lic. oec. HSG) and is a holder of the CEFA.

Arnulf Manns
Non Executive Board Member

Active in financial services since 1969 and as independent financial consultant since 2006. During his career Arnulf stages were: Managing Director Asset Management of ABN AMRO Amsterdam and ABN AMRO Asset Management Frankfurt, Managing Director Institutional Clients and Asset Management Sal. Oppenheim Jr. & Cie in Cologne and Private and Institutional Clients Advisor at Dresdner Bank AG. Arnulf hols a BA in Business Administration from the University Cologne.

Antonio Luise
Non Executive Board Member

Antonio has been active in financial services since 1999. He started his career in 1999 by founding in Milan Brown Editore SpA, a leading Italian online media company providing financial news through various dedicated websites. In 2004 he joined a Swiss family office where he was responsible for investments, in particular alternative assets. In 2015 he founded Mizar Capital, a Swiss based company specialised in advisory and in sourcing private market solutions for his network. Antonio holds a MSc in Economics from Luigi Bocconi University, Milan.

Ian Collins
Chief Operating Officer

Ian has worked in operations across four decades, and in MENA based financial services for 25 years. Past roles include Chief Operating Officer for hedge-fund providers Man Investments and ISAM-ME. He has held regulatory approvals including Compliance Officer, MLRO, Finance Officer and Director. Experience covers risk mitigation, governance, internal audit, and operational planning.

Victor Adiamah
Compliance, MLRO and Risk Manager

Victor has enjoyed a successful 9-year career in compliance, operations, and legal roles at reputable financial services firms in the UK. He possesses strong analytical skills and an excellent working knowledge of financial regulations. Victor has extensive experience in managing risk and interactions with regulators. He completed his Bar Professional Training Course (University College BPP), he holds an LLB (Hons) (University of Liverpool) and an LLM in International Financial Law (University of Manchester).

Armi Mendoza
Finance Officer

Armi is the Finance Officer of Kroma. Armi is based in Dubai and has been working in various role in finance for more than 15 years. Armi has been with Kroma since its incorporation. She is a Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the National College of Business and Arts, Manila.
